Eric A. Sobie is a Professor of Pharmacological Sciences at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Sobie provides expertise in developing in vitro and in silico cardiac models to study drug cardiotoxicity and efficacy.
The Sobie Laboratory combines mathematical modeling with state-of-the-art experimental techniques to improve the quantitative understanding of cardiac physiology and bring novel insight into the initiation of arrhythmias and dysfunction in disease states such as heart failure or cardiotoxicity of medicaments.
